Cost Per Page

The Cost Per Page (CPP) that inkXpress quotes includes ALL customer replaceable components not a "toner only" estimate!

Cost Per Page (CPP) can be very misleading, potentially leading to an expensive mistake.
Many retailers quote very basic (and inaccurate CPP's), based upon the toner only cost.
A common (albeit inaccurate method) is to quote the price of the toner cartridge divided by the no. of pages that a cartridge will print (at 5% coverage an industry standard measurement).
This is misleading as it fails to take into account the real CPP (which includes such things as drums, photoconductors, transfer units etc). These items are all consumables (required to be replaced at some point) and as such need to be considered in the real CPP.
Where we have quoted the CPP our price includes all customer replaceable items so as a customer you can truely evaluate your running costs.
