Some people have had issues with getting the "sensor hole" tip to work.
|
This seems to be typically with the Brother MFC-7820.
So here is a solution that may work for you if you are having this problem.
|
- Open the Front Cover
- Press 'OPTIONS' (this is done while the machine is ON and the front cover is OPEN
- Press 'START'
- Type in '1' and '0' (ie: '10'. NB: This needs to be done quite quickly.)
- The printer will say'Accepted'
